Whatever sexual organ is between their leg will (more than likely) determine the facility they go to. If they are pre-op, you couldn't risk mixing them with people of a separate gender. They would have to be permanently segregated. Post-op, who knows. It wouldn't really matter from a biological stand point as they couldn't get pregnant or impregnate anyone.
