re: What Kind of Difference Would a Player Like Dellavadova Make on the Pelicans?

IMO, he wouldn't have made that much of a difference on the Pels roster this past year. Teams really take on the personality of their coach. I really believe this no matter what the skill level of the player/team. With Monty being the head coach, Dellav. would've feel in line like the rest of the sheep. One of the reasons great coaches stand out above all the rest is b/c they can motivate players like Dellav. to play a notch above what they think they are capable of playing. Under Monty's leadership Dellav. wouldn't have the same impact as a Pel like he's having as a Cav.
