so roughly speaking, you have consumed 2 pieces of bread, and a slice of cheese and have decided the entire place is terrible because of that slice of cheese?
i have no dog in this fight, as im pretty indifferent to panera. seems pretty standard issue for those fast food places that are trying to be a cut above.

Not the only thing I've had, but this one stood out because it was disgusting. How can someone screw up grilled cheese?
