There's a disconnect somewhere for me with the Pels defensive coach that they are all raving about. If he was fired for not hiring good assistants when did Erman become known as this bad arse coach?

And damn, you look at every great coach in the history of sport. Name one that didn't have some of the best assistants, some of who you could argue were better than the head coach.
