So you are saying that the NCAA punished PSU for academic cheating which didn't happen when they had the perfect reason to nail them in the face that they covered up for a crime that is deemed probably one of the worst in american society.
And i am a troll because i am calling you a moron.
That was just a badly written speech where the NCAA wanted another chance to pretend they care about academics.
