Great ending by a senior. LSU needs to start hitting the ball better up and down the lineup. I think the Tigers had three guys that had hits in the game.

LSU has roped some balls the past week but they're just not finding gaps for us. Tonight especially that 3rd basemen killed us. I'm pretty sure we would've had 6 runs if he wasn't there at least.
Hitters do need to work the count better. We're swinging at some HORRIBLE pitches.

This guy gets it except for that not all the SEC teams are hot right now. Arkansas and A&M both loss today.

I may be one of the very few on here but I think you're spot on. If anyone who has watched this team this year is comfortable going forward with UL-L's ace pitching tomorrow has their head in the sand. Baseball is a funny game and Karma is a b….h but there was way too much celebration going on for a game 1 in a best of 3. It used to be getting to Omaha was a given for this program. Now LSU is tearing shirts off beating a Sun Belt team who had to win their tournament to get a bid. Oh how times have changed.
