That thread isn't really about AD on the cover. The OP did fail to add pics though

With James Harden on the cover no one will ever want to work for 2K because now they're forever associated with such a high turnover rate.
I'll show myself out.

quote:
Spike Lee is blending his passion for storytelling with his mania for hoops as the directorial force behind the next version of the popular basketball video game NBA 2K16.
...Lee — whose dozens of movies range from 1986's breakthrough She's Gotta Have It to 2014's Da Sweet Blood of Jesus — wrote and directed the MyCareer element of 2K16. It was produced by the He Got Game director and New York Knicks fan's 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks company. Though the details of the story are still under wraps, themes generally run to avoiding the pitfalls that surface when talent mixes with money.
"We added MyCareer in 2012, and we've always been trying to make it more and more of a real story, like a film with drama," 2K spokesman Ryan Peters says. "We just told Spike, 'You transform the narrative, and we'll change that into digital polygons.' And he did that, bringing a protagonist and antagonist to the story."
Peters says Lee shot what amounts to 90 minutes of "cinematic narrative," which translates to about 12 hours of in-game drama.
