That's the nature of the radio and TV industry. Your goal is to move up to a bigger market regardless of location

I am making the jump from market #90 to #15, which is a huge jump. Most people have to go to a more mid sized market before getting into the Top 15 so I am lucky

goldnugget, what do you consider a reasonable rent for a 1 bedroom, because you can get a decent 1 bedroom in North Fremont or Phinney Ridge for around $1000-1250 a month. It's really not as bad as some make it out to be. Ballard is also nice. Do you know where your work will be located?
