Why are you laughing about Ryan? I can't stand the Falcons, but Matt Ryan is an outstanding QB.
To answer the OP, false.
Luck
Rodgers
Wilson
Ryan
These are good guesses for top 4, no doubt with the first two and Rodgers already being the best currently.
Stafford and Flacco are both better than Cam currently and will still be playing in 5 years likely at a high level. I personally prefer Tannenhill over Newton. Newton started off with an outstanding rookie year but has made no true progression as a player. He's stayed relatively the same. Tannehill has improved each season and he had a very good year in 2014.
Dark horse: Derek Carr. I think he had a very solid rookie year with not much at all to work with. I like what Oakland is doing, and he and Cooper will be a very nice young pair.
