I'd bet the Swiss have possession of his passport. Good luck trying to get out of landlocked Switzerland with no passport. And of course, no doubt he is under surveillance. You think Swiss are idiots?

Man, this is insane. I'm still struggling to process it. This either means he is about to take a deal to step down, get arrested, or he's plotting to have control without being the actual president. Dude's probably just Palpatining's it.
