They don't play in official Florida leagues or for official Florida championships. They are not part of the Florida High School Athletic Association. The regular eligibility/transfer rules do not apply. It's just like a kid going to Hargrave or Fork Union or Milford and not having to sit out.

They wouldn't do it, but theoretically they could schedule a game with a JUCO team. They can schedule anyone they want who will play them. Not sure what that has to do with transfer eligibility, though.
