So if im correct you are bothered about how it looks to other people for her to be out with another man at bars and etc. What if she was out with her brother or cousin? Do you really care that much what people think, if so you really must be about 20. A gay man is no more a threat than them. Just for the record you seem to not be saying this in a mean way. You need to know that your "it looks bad to other people who don't know he is gay" is really close to the logic that Islamist use to not let their women out in public in the Middle East. They say women should not be out without their husbands which is really close to what you are saying. I would need to reevaluate my stance ifnit was even in the same ballpark with those crazies

Here's the blunt answer: it doesn't matter what happens with this girl and her friend because your mistrust of her in this situation, even if resolved, will resurface in another circumstance at another time.

I left it out bc I think he is gay and I don't think she would cheat. My argument with her was perception. I wanted to know if others felt the same. I left it out bc I knew what the original response would be.
