The propellant in those cans is Nitrous Oxide.If you barely push the tip just the gas comes out.

Probably one a can.But you certainly shouldn't be driving around with 13 cans in your backseat.

They used to,maybe they still do,sell balloons of Nitrous at Dead Shows and such.

They're referred to as "Whipp-Its".
