I would walk out with my 130 lb mastiff on a leash and with my 40 caliber. I would tell him that if he makes a move towards me then I will shoot him. I will also tell him that he has 10 seconds to get off my property or I will let her off the leash. And that next time he does not get the benefit of her on a leash.
Edit: Actually he would've gotten attacked. I double check each morning to make sure the gate is close then I let the dogs out. I wouldn't have seen him until after the dogs are out.
