I don't know anything about this show other than the couple seconds worth of commercial I've seen. Do people basically have to answer 500 questions in a row correctly with no misses?

Even if the subject was about my life and personal history I don't think I could correctly answer 500 straight questions.

The show is divided up into ten rounds, with 50 questions in each round.[2] Each round has ten categories (one category contains random questions) with five questions each, and each contestant has 10–15 seconds to answer each question (except on Battle questions). The contestant can choose the questions in any order. However, a challenger stands alongside the contestant. Answering a question incorrectly at any point in the game results in a "wrong." If the contestant receives two "wrongs" (by answering two questions in a row incorrectly), the challenger must then choose the next category in hopes of knocking out the contestant. Any correct answer at any point in the game resets the "wrong" counter.

No you just can't miss 3 questions in a row. You get 10 secs to answer and on almost all of the questions you can guess multiple times in the 10 secs.

You only get the $1000 if your 1st answer was correct though.
