ATL-MOB defending through the storm, the turbulence began at around 20,000 up near BHM, in a 50-seater it was crazy, got thrown around like a kernel of popcorn.

Was pretty bad but I know folks could have been worse.

That sounds pretty horrific. The saving grace on my flight was that most people remained cool (albeit very quiet). When everyone starts freaking out, all bet's are off.

In a commercial airliner, Juneau to ANchorage. Had to change paths several times and it was rough the whole flight.

Small plane, hard to pick. I've been in some I thought the airplane was going to be ripped apart in mid flight.

Coming into DTW during a snowstorm wasn't the worst flight, but it was the toughest landing. We were in a DC-9 from NOLA, and we bounced around like dice on a craps table. Couldn't see the damn wing for the last 30 minutes of the flight.

Bumpiest flight ever was from Daytona Beach to ATL. Really bad weather. We bumped around so much the overhead bins were opening. This was the only time I ever flew where I felt a seatbelt actually served a purpose because I honestly think some of us would have hit the ceiling if we were not wearing them.
