I just don't get the point in seeking attention that way. Wouldn't you rather receive a "thanks for your service" naturally. Instead of jumping on social media and asking for thanks.

The whole you aren't allowed to bitch about anything because I've been to war and seen some shite is also obnoxious. Like the guy above said, well that's what you signed up for, that's your job.
