LGBT: similar to above and to the extent the Duggars have, or may have, made any statement not accepting homo status.

General douchebags: just love hearing about bad things happening.

Yes, you've missed a few.
Finger waggers, who claim moral icon status, and berate sinners while sinning themselves.
Right wing socialists, who believe that sinning, which is currently non-criminal, should be punished in secular law, but there should be a special exemption for right wing socialists.
Finger waggers, who pick and choose biblical verses, claim that others are sinning; while they ignore other biblical verses that would identify their own activity as sinful
Theocrats, who believe their protestant fundamentalist theology should be imposed into secular law.
Bigots, who believe that serving a sandwich to a gay couple is sinful, but not to adulterers, even though the biblical condemnation of gays is basically dicta, and the adultery is in the 10 commandments.
