i'm all over the place. i typically go to krogers about 4-5 times a week. it's like a 2 minute drive to my house
kale and broccoli need to be replaced every 2 days or so if i'm eating what i'm supposed to. my protein usually lasts 3-5 days
i also pick up rotisserie chicken or random lunches/dinners. i almost never eat out and i haven't done fast food in probably over a year. i use krogers for that

I miss Kroger. Kroger has a frozen lasagna that is actually good. It is the kind with more meat and no green crap or ricotta. Buy the frozen garlic bread and wa-la a meal.
