Free Tobasco Sauce

Local grocery store had a big cardboard stand full of 2oz bottles of Tobasco. The price was $1.29 but there was a $1 off coupon on the side. I was telling someone about getting the bottles for $.29 and they told me Walmart had the same setup but their original price was a $1 per bottle so they were free. There was no limit on the coupons.
I asked the grocer if it was a regional special and he said it was nationwide.
