We have allowed police to adopt a "herd" mentality about crime.
Black with dreads? Stop 'em and check 'em. Hell, just stop and frisk anybody you want to, WTF.
Go get a half-witted dog to "alert" for imaginary drugs. It's all good.
No doubt stereotypes exist for a reason and everybody hates a thug POS.
We pay LE to know the difference though, not to constantly pay civil suit judgments and trample the Constitution.
