Well I finally finished the main story
SPOILERS
Geralt and Triss ended up together. Triss is rich as frick so I'm happy with the decision.
Geralt taught Ciri everything he knew and she became a witcher known throughout the land. Oh, and the Redanians won the war and burned all healers, non-humans, and basically anyone that didn't follow the Eternal Flame. Didn't exactly like that part of the ending but Geralt and Ciri got their happy endings.
