There is this interesting concept called evaporation.

You should look into it.

Yeah, no shite. But what I'm asking here is the water vapor enters into the atmosphere. Clouds and rain ensue.

It's raining somewhere, right? Where?

Anyone else catch that it's the worst since 1930's when they were filling it? So was the drought in the 1930's worse than it is now?
