I am curious why a program who is clearly the superior athletics program in the state feels the need to shite on every other school all the time?

Alma maters/schools attended aside...I'm from the Thibodaux area. I pull for Nicholls as does most people from the area. Buuuut, 90% of people from Thibodaux consider themselves LSU fans first, Nicholls fans 2nd. Why can't Lafayette people enjoy the successes of both? The 2 programs in all major sports are like apples & oranges(bigass steroid oranges). Pull for both. I would if it wasn't for the hatred that comes from laffy. I pull for every other school in the state sans Tulane
