What everybody doesn't understand is; The reason he is failing by (1) point is his partner on a group project said he had a donor and failed to get the donation at the last second.

Then he may be successful on his appeal. If it was really that easy, and that is the whole story, then I have no clue why Manieri gave him the boot.

I have a hard time believing that's the ENTIRE story based on Manieri's actions.
