Yea, that's exactly what Im saying.
Let's dumb it down even more for you. Nathan Eovaldi (pitcher for the Yankees) throws a fastball at 96-100 mph. Greg Maddux threw a fastball at around 89-91 mph. They are/were both MLB pitchers. Eovaldi has better stuff. Greg Maddux is a HOF pitcher with an inferior fastball. I would even go as far as saying that Eovaldi has better........you guessed it.......arm talent. Got it, dummy?

Arm talent means a whole lot more than velocity. It also encompasses movement, accuracy, placement, and consistency. Ya know, all the things greg Maddux had a ton of. BTW, Maddux could throw harder than 91 if he wanted to.
