Not much. I pretty much only use it to check my retirement account balances so I don't have to log into each one individually.
I don't like the way it tries to make you track your budget so I just do it in excel.

Agreed. And I use irregular bonuses to contribute toward my savings goals but it only allows you to budget your savings in straight line contributions. So ever month it tells me I'm missing my savings goals.

Kinda convenient to be able to review all balances and transactions in one place.
The budgeting is nice, but you have to stay on top of it. I'll review things like net income, and use it to track my net worth.
