This has been discussed 100s of times.
Collins agent openly said Collins would refuse to sign the contract if drafted after the third round and he would enter next years draft, which would have been allowed.
Further, that team would have been unable to draft him again the following year, so it's a lose lose for that team.
Since he didn't get drafted, entering next years draft isn't an option. So now he must sign as an udfa

This, but his agent should have kept his month shut and just let it happen
