Guy shouldn't have left and hopefully will be caught or turn himself in but what the ever living frick are people thinking could occur when riding a bike down a highway at 10 o'clock... Jesus the stupidity

I'm not familiar with Nicholson, but is it 2 laned? Lit up?
If the cyclists had the proper lights, then I don't see the issue. They should have been perfectly visible for the driver.

Not condoning the hit and run but people shouldn't be riding bikes on a busy road no matter day or time. Pisses me off when the cyclist ride on river road when there are biking lanes on top of the levee.
