Woodridge

Fairhill's amenities (neighborhood pool, tennis courts, playground, etc.) make it as good (maybe better) than Woodridge if you have kids.

It comes down to whether you'd rather a slightly bigger/nicer home (Woodridge) or more family-oriented things to do (Fairhill).

Bumping an old thread here.

My fiancé and I are looking at buying a home in the next couple of months and have liked what we have seen of the homes in Springlake. There are a lot of homes for sale on the Springlake side though, but it is a big subdivision it seems. Is this still a desirable place to live or are people trying to get out because of crime or something being built? Those who live there, how are you liking it?
