thats why i said and desert frickhead.

theres a thing called orographic precipitation and rain shadow. look it up.

it's why everythin west of the rockies is ok and east is dry as shite until you get to the mississippi river drainage basin.

You're right. It also has LA, Vegas, Seattle, Phoenix, Silicon Valley, and well, the most populous state in the US.

You're right. It also contains serious-arse deserts. There's also a few more hospitable areas, most of which are highly populated.
