Is it lawful for meter maids to break into cars

So tow trucks can tow them? I just watched them do it. The scum of the fricking earth is raking up on people for Jazz Fest.

How did they break in? Like break windows? You can tow a car without breaking into it.

yes. They can and do use slim jims to get into cars to "safely tow" them.

I hate them too. But now I only park in lots, never on the street unless I'm working residential.
