I doubt he'd have much of a case. Even if a team openly admits they didn't want to risk a high draft pick with the investigation pending, that's perfectly within their rights.

The only case he would potentially have would be if the legal issues are resolved and they don't let him into the supplemental draft.

He has no case they aren't denying him a chance to make a living.

Huh?

He's not eligible for the supplemental draft. He applied for the NFL Draft then told teams not to draft him. He has no argument nor does he have eligibility remaining
