Trying to not get my hopes up, but man Collins would be an awesome get. Hopefully being local works in our favor, and he doesn't want to "distance himself from the situation."

Human nature being what it is, I would think he'd want to stay close to home for family support. Plus, local folks will have a shorter memory than folks in New York, San Francisco, Denver...etc.
