How can there be collusion, by NFL owners, when LC's own agent said his client wouldn't sign if he didn't go in first 3 rounds?

A previous poster stated LC is a multi-million dollar asset. HUH? It is well chronicled that for the most part professional sports teams consider athletes as pieces of meat. They don't care one bit about LC because there is always going to be players who can replace him. He is not considered a can't miss prospect. He does not play a position that the NFK can market around or even sell tickets. Odell Beckham JR is a multi-million dollar asset, LC not so much.

As of right now, he is viewed as a borderline 1st round talent with baggage. The NFL has legendary security and investigative protocols. I guarantee NFL security has spoken to members of BRPD that they have consulted with in the past. If no NFL team signs him to a free agent deal, then its obvious the league knows why they need to stay away.

Has one LSU coach spoken out in favor or support of LC?

Collusion isn't about results or counter-tactics. I was just speculating that the NFL owners came to an agreement to not draft La'El, in order to protect the league as a whole. Somebody else said that was collusion but the NFL already engages in business tactics that would be illegal in other industries so..
