I can say from experience that Ruffinos absolutely is printing money. They have no lunch service to speak of, as the Friday lunch is not profitable and the only other lunch is Sunday brunch. However the average price per person for a meal there is well over $50, considering one entree, an alcoholic drink, salad, and a split appetizer. And I know last Saturday from 5-close they served over 600 people and serve a minimum of 150 every night of the week. The only way any other place on this list is competing with that is if they have an extremely profitable lunch every day
