Did you make the adobo beforehand or did it cook from having the ingredients in the crock pot? I'm intrigued. Sounds good.

i meant a can of chipotles in adobo sauce

I added some chicken stock to thin it out a little. threw in some sliced garlic and chopped cilantro.
