35 years old married, 2 kids
Net-$18,000
Mortgage-$2,500
Cable, water, Entergy- $450
Credit Card-$4,000*
Daycare-$1,500
Lawn service-$150
*I put everything on my credit card for points. Insurance, groceries, dining out, etc. I pay bill in full every month. Dining out kills me. 4K is about average for me.
I save all money in a savings account until I either buy another investment property, or put it in stock market. I have a seperate savings account that I keep 20K in as my rainy day fund. Have never dipped into it once so I'm knocking on wood now.
