Oxymorphone is Opana.It'd be tough breaking that down.Those pills are hard as a rock.

Plus the fact that giving away free needles doesn't stop idiots from sharing them.

I'd hazard a guess it's pure junkie laziness. I've never done needle drugs, but I know when I'm hammered or high, my standards for many things drop.
