For the supporters of a rule change, like you. Why aren't you suggesting that players just start making their free throws? Isn't that desirable? This is just a reflection of the way society is. You aren't making the player take any responsibility for his inability to make free throws. Just fine another way to get around it. Its dumb. JUST MAKE YOUR DAMN FREE THROWS. No one is guarding you.
