I don't mean to sound callous, but I hope resources aren't being taken away from the indigenous relief effort to rescue wealthy foreigners. It's an awful situation, but if you put yourself in a situation like that, you have to go into it knowing you put yourself in a high risk environment and if the rescue assets are needed elsewhere, you're on your own.

They are all on there own because there are no resources other than Indian military who are already on mountain. Most of the villages on the way up to Everest are leveled.
