You own the right to airspace above your property to the extent that the US government has not taken complete dominion over. The test for this is the US owns all airspace that would allow safe flight (by plane). The height of this has been placed at 500 Ft. in day and 1000 Ft. at night.

The laws were just amended back in February and commercial drones for industry are just a few steps away from reality.
It's going to be interesting in seeing how all of this plays out.
