10 Reasons Why Malik Will Attend LSU follows:
1. Malik is originally from Louisiana
2. His mother still lives in Louisiana
3. 2 ½ hour drive from his current home (Jackson, MS)
4. His father attends all of his high school games and can continue to do so if he attends LSU.
5. Malik’s close relationship with Johnny O'brien
6. Visited LSU twice and Kentucky and Mississippi State zero times
7. Made recent statements that “LSU feels like home.”
LINK
8. LSU will offer an opportunity to win a national championship; Mississippi State does not afford that opportunity

I will admit you have my drinking the kool aid. Your persistence is the best I have seen on this board. I respect you either way for sticking to your story.
I still have my reservations but reading the sunshine thread allows me to sleep better at night LOL!

5. Malik’s close relationship with Johnny O'brien

are you calling him to Lsu off of inside info? Or because of the reasons in this thread?

Yeah he did. This guy is clearly a maroon.

are you going to self ban yourself if he doesn't?

I am not hip enough to know but I hope this is some internet slang of the real word.

If he doesn't then he doesn't really believe his prediction.

He won't have to
The ridicule he will suffer here, IF wrong, will be un real.
and the opposite should be true if he is correct.

No. 6 is false. He has been to MSU multiple times and has been attending there game since he was a small child. The others make sense though. However, I don't think it out weighs the Howland momentum combined with the him being a legacy kid.

O'Bryant. You've made this mistake before.

He has visited Kentucky before. I'm sure he has been to Miss St but I don't know for sure.

3. 2 ½ hour drive from his current home (Jackson, MS)
And MSU is 15 minutes closer to him...

4. His father attends all of his high school games and can continue to do so if he attends LSU.
Which would make it easier if he went to MSU...

How's Gretna treating you these days?

I wouldn't take his misspelling too seriously. Here is one of his posts in a Jonny O'Bryant thread from 2010.
quote:
As indicated prior, this kid is no way near being fat. Who ever imputed that does not know what their talking about. Basketball players are not rated on their scoring average; they are rated for defense, scoring and overall potential. I had an opportunity to meet him and his parents. The kid gets his height from his mother who is approx 6'1 to 6'2 inches tall. Remember Patrick Ewing only average 15 points in high school yet he was rated the number one overall recruit do to his shot blocking ability and his defensive abilities. in like manner, Bill Russel did not averal a lot of points however, his rebound brought boston several champinionships. There is much more to basketball than hig scoring averages. Hell, Tack Minor averaged over 30 points in high school but had difficulity breaking into the starting line up at LSU.

What about the rest? He honestly only got 6 of his 10 even remotely right...
I honestly am indifferent on Malik at this point. I'd rather other options and with only 1 scholarship remaining, I don't really want to waste it on Malik. He is a great talent, but we would be better off with a post presence.
edit: Found evidence that Malik was also born in Jackson and not in Louisiana... so make that 5 right...

I understand, SOS. I won't be devastated if he doesn't sign with LSU. I would almost rather us pick up another solid 2-3 year guy instead to go with what we have. I will have to say, though, Malik's recruitment has been one of the more interesting shows to follow.
