My bet would be something with the carb.
Here's my 2 cents. Unless you're going to be running it daily, you should really put ethanol-free gas in it with sta-bil. The only place i know to get true ethanol-free is at the new racetrac in chalmette. A lot of the indian-owned gas stations claim to have ethanol-free, but it's complete BS.

The gas station on the "Slidell side" of the Hwy434/Hwy190 traffic circle has non-ethanol gas.
