I'm paying homage to the great state of LA today. I've got a pot of red beans going that just received a pound of Double D hot sausage simmering. I'm also frying some white perch filets from Lake D'Arbonne that I pulled last weekend. We will have Louisiana Hot Sauce for the beans and fish and the wife is drinking Abita Strawberry beers.
