Going back to middle class and poor neighborhoods, I have been to a few. I cannot stand when someone looks up and prints an Ebay page and tapes it to an item, trying to show what they are worth.
It is usually an active item, not a closed auction, and they grab the highest auction they can find.
They don't understand is what people are asking for on Ebay does not value something. Closed auctions is a much better measurement of value.
You will always see these Ebay sheets at middle class and poor neighborhoods.
