The only issue with next is that you don't own it when you upgrade. The no initial cost and lower bills do favor the customer as the phone won't be worth much when you trade it in anyway. I still have my galaxy s2 skyrocket but guess how much I use it?

The cost per month should subtract what the difference in bill is. 2 year contracts run 35 more for up charge but next is 15.
