You aren't selling it for the same cost though since the average 2 year plan cost $25 more per month per phone than the Next plan. That's on top of the $199 you put down.

That's the mindset ATT will be going up against. He's selling a 800 dollar previously owned phone for 200 dollars and treating it like a win/win, and that's only if it is in good condition and/or is a hot commodity that keeps it's value.

Considering I have unlimited data, my plan is much better especially if I'm on a family plan with 4. All of us have unlimited data.
