Yep, I'm pretty sure immunity is gone if they can prove that she was in any way less than 100% truthful under oath. We know she lied, it's just a matter of proving it. If she contradicted previous recorded statements, she is probably in trouble.

I doubt they give a shite about her now that AH has been convicted of murder. Time to move on to more important shite.
