Thanks all! Glad this thread is getting some traction. I just felt like reading something different. Seriously, if you are a Prime user, and like to read, invest the $100 in a Kindle Paperwhite. The lending library alone will get you a free book each month and will damn near pay for the device itself in one year.

Also, for summer trips in the car I do recommend the library's free overdrive system. It sucks to navigate on your phone so I usually use my laptop to search and then the mobile app to download. Free audiobooks for 21 days a piece. limit of 10 at a time.
Is also wonderful for grocery shopping or working out. My library system is up to 10,000 books now.

Yea, I've been on a reading kick lately. A central thread for fiction would be great.

Only book I haven't been able to finish was Ancillary Justice by Ann Leckie.

Has anyone else read it? I got to about 100 pages from completion and just put it down.
